Gregory K. Morris, MD
An accomplished professional, Greg has over two decades of experience in business, consulting and health care. As a partner in a "Big Four" firm, he consulted with Boards and executives of large, complex, and diverse organizations. He has helped organizations set strategic operational priorities, detect and eliminate ineffective business processes, introduce emerging approaches and technologies across the enterprise, and align human capital in large change efforts. As a senior executive, Greg has been accountable for a range of functions including strategy, planning, operations, marketing, communications, and government relations. His knowledge of health care delivery management is complemented by his experiences in clinical medicine. He developed excellent facilitation skills while amassing this unique body of experiences.
Greg has served as corporate spokesperson and advisor on national health issues and has testified before Congress representing one of the nation's largest health insurers. As a Commanding Officer in the Georgia Army National Guard, he was awarded the Bronze Star for military service during Desert Storm. Among numerous volunteer activities, Greg served four consecutive years as Chairman of the Board for March of Dimes, Georgia Chapter.
Peter D. Gunter
Peter has extensive experience working with executives to align organizational strategies and improve operational performance. He specializes in developing business intelligence including organizational modeling and benchmarking. Areas of expertise include strategy assessment and development, identifying potential operational gaps, developing business alignment strategies, and implementing strategic, technical, and process changes. With 11 years of consulting experience in a "Big Four" environment, Peter has extensive project management experience. His background includes managing due diligence projects for mergers and acquisitions and consolidations.
Peter also has served as a key member of Ernst & Young’s Health Care Practice where he was responsible for developing training for board members and analyzing the impact of legislation on businesses. Peter has produced several publications and is a past contributor to The Board Report.
Oliver G. Prince, Jr.
Oliver is an accomplished senior executive with a strong record of success in building effective organizations, leading transformational change, and developing superior talent. He is a strategist with a knack for execution who employs creative, technology-based approaches to developing high performance infrastructures that enable people to drive business success. Oliver has leveraged his training in law and finance into a rich and diverse business career that has spanned over three decades in premier companies in industries ranging from entertainment, to financial services, to technology. His functional background includes operations management, disaster recovery, process redesign, strategy consulting, acquisitions and divestitures, and human capital and organizational development. Most recently, as the chief human capital officer for a publicly traded technology firm, Oliver has developed a strong applied body of knowledge in Board relations and corporate governance in today’s demanding regulatory environment.
Oliver has spoken extensively on change leadership and human capital issues and has served as an advisor on people and performance matters to an academic forum sponsored by one of the nation’s leading universities. His civic affiliations include Board leadership roles in social service organizations as well as in one of the country’s top prep schools.
